The BBBF has worked with neighborhood coordinators for many years to provide a mechanism for neighborhoods who do not have a checking account to raise funds for the Neighborhood ECO Pass program. You can deposit your funds into our checking account and we will coordinate sending a single check to RTD to pay for your contract.
